Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:  This position will be responsible for helping the agency interact with potential new clients and ultimately win new business. The manager will develop prospect relationships by maintaining regular contact with prospects, partners and vendors – driving prospective clients through awareness to consideration and conversion.
Principle Responsibilities: Prospecting ◦ Identify and maintain a database of prospective clients ◦ Conduct outreach to key agency prospective clients ◦ Proactively work to get meetings booked with key prospects ◦ Track, monitor and report on what accounts are in review and movements of key clients and prospective clients Develop Content For Prospect Meetings ◦ Identify and work with internal resources to review agency content for quality prior to sharing with prospective clients
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: ◦ 3 - 5+ years experience in an agency or professional services firm environment ◦ Dynamic personality with excellent people skills ◦ Ability to work with a wide range of people internally and externally, including at the most senior level ◦ Strong organization skills and attention to detail ◦ Ability to manage simultaneous projects ◦ Strong written and editorial review abilities
