Job description The Institute of Social Work DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Identification and projection of human resources and training needs in relation to the development plans of the Institute. · Supervise preparation of personnel emoluments budget. · Supervise duties assigned to junior officers in the department of human resources management. · Supervise the implementation and ensure compliance to public service regulations and other directives. · Implementation and maintenance of employees reward systems. · Perform any other duties assigned by higher authority.
