Position : Manager - Dar Es Salaam

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively linking the company with government institutions like TRA, WCF, OSHA, TIC, BRELA and private institutions. This role involves training and supervising staff to ensure organizational goals are met.
Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain effective relationships with government institutions such as TRA, BRELA, WCF, NSSF, OSHA TIC, as well as private organizations.
• Train, supervise, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals with institutional partners.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure staff are meeting performance standards and receiving necessary support.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and regulatory authorities (e.g TRA, BRELA, OSHA) as required
• Stay informed about industry trends and government regulations affecting our business.

Required profile for job ad : Manager - Dar Es Salaam

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role, with demonstrated experience in dealing with government institutions such as TRA, BRELA, WCF, NSSF, PSSF,TIC e.t.c.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
