Team Leaders JD: - Understand the full scale of the brand, its vision and mission, its core activities, structure and implementation plan. - Develop the execution plans for the development of the brand. - Network and link the brand with the right connections, persons and organizations to foster beneficial partnerships and synergies. - Lead the launch of different brand assets. - Research on competition and market position of the brand. - Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards - Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

Requirements: - Hold considerable knowledge in the world of enterprise, business and start-ups in general. - Demonstrate passion for service and professionalism. - Be quick to learn, fast to execute and solution driven. - Demonstrate experience in working in an enterprise focused on business empowerment or an empowerment project - Actual experience in event planning and/or project management is a plus. - Ability to visualize success, develop strategic plans, build connections with relevant national and international stakeholders and execute strategic plans - Ability to monitor and evaluate for success. - Be able to develop proposals, budgets and letters for key engagements - Have excellent communication skills: both written and spoken. Command of the English language is key - Be conversant on the use of the internet and Microsoft office word, power point and excel - Have good marketing and advertising knowledge - Can perform research and map our key competitors, collaborations and prospective partners. -
Be self-driven and have a high ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. Engagements: - The Space is a brand under Unleashed Africa. This is a start-up social enterprise with one of its root agendas being to create an environment for start-ups to flourish. - Being a start-up itself, all efforts to reach sustainability are tied to implementation and results. - A candidate must be willing to volunteer for the position for 3 months, before being considering for full time placement in the position.
